I care deeply about you being able to relax and enjoy your experience- engagement through honeymoon.
Here’s my story…

In 12 years as a Board-Certified Music Therapist specializing in Integrative Medicine and PTSD, I've built therapy programs for some of the most cutting-edge hospitals and treatment centers in Texas. I've had the honor of guiding over 10,000 people to heal holistically—free from traumatic stress, chronic pain, and anxiety—without side effects or the risk of addiction.

"The reason I got into this work was because I used to struggle with feeling overwhelmed, myself. My wedding day and honeymoon were one big panic attack!"

When my closest mentor and trusted professional violin teacher began sexually grooming me in 9th grade, I didn't know how to escape...

Each passing year, despite growing into a young woman who earned full college scholarships and played professionally with the symphony, my own identity felt completely out of tune, and I was emotionally shattered.

It got so bad that after my college senior recital, I locked away my precious voice—my violin—in a basement gun safe for 15 years and pursued a career in Music Therapy instead, believing that I hated the sound of the violin.

I began to wonder if I would ever feel that part of my youthful, innocent, passionate voice echo through my soul again...

I mustered up my courage and chose to get support just like my own therapy patients ...

Suddenly, while leading a women’s group trauma therapy session, a patient requested to hear the violin. The song I chose happened to be one that instantly transported my heart back to the age of 12, and I couldn’t stop weeping in front of my own patients.

I didn’t hate the sound—I craved it. That night I mustered the courage to open the gun safe in the basement...

I've gone on to create Soundscapes for The Soul on violin -live music infused with medically researched sound frequencies - for thousands of people with chronic pain, traumatic anxiety and PTSD that report amazing results ...

Five minutes after touching the bow to the decaying strings, I realized a calm had descended within me—one that medication had never been able to bring. Instinctively, I created a soundscape that gently wooed my heart back into tune.

Since then, I have reintegrated the violin into my therapy practice, composing soundscapes for the soul and playing them directly into the cells of my clients through specialized transducers on a Liquid Sound Table that gently reaches the parts of a person’s healing body and mind that can’t be accessed by talk therapy or medication alone.

And I adore performing again!

My voice—my violin—is there for me whenever I need it!
